What happens in a motorcycle repair tool basic picture?

My boyfriend is going to take classes in motorcycle repair before and his birthday is also coming, so I thought it would be a nice gift to find more tools to use for their class and to work on motorcycles general. What are the basic tools you should have? He already has some basic tools like wrenches, screwdrivers and hammers. Or does anyone know a basic all-in-one kit for measuring motorcycle repair to go shopping?

A tool that is useful for any super mechanical work is called a "Vice grip" pliers. Get a medium size, if one is not. The best brand is the original brand "Vise Grip pliers. They lock in the nut or screw, so when you press and hold tight. Another thing I recommend that only costs about $ 20 at Sears is a digital multimeter (DMM) that any person working with electricity and batteries, etc really need.
