How the Acura Engine in Your CL Will Save You Money: The Benefits of Quality

The Acura engine also has a compression ratio of 9.8, which means that the air and fuel are compressed at such a high level that the Acura engine in your CL has a lot of power. Because of this high compression ratio, high-octane fuel is necessary to keep the Acura engine running at its best. A few extra cents on the better fuel will also improve mileage and overall performance. The Acura engine also has a multi-point fuel injection system, which sends fuel to all of the cylinders. When you step on the gas, the engine responds by opening the throttle valve to allow air in, and the fuel injectors respond immediately. This fuel injection system allows for more accurate fuel metering and a quicker response from the car. So not only are you getting where you need to be faster, but the multi-point system keeps the Acura engine fuel-efficient.
Another important aspect of the Acura engine is dual overhead cams (these open the valves that let air in and exhaust out of the engine). These allow air to enter the engine easier, reducing air resistance and making for a more powerful car and a smoother ride. These cams also allow exhaust to leave the engine easier, which always allows a car to produce more power, run at higher speeds, and ensures the engine is high-performance. In addition, overhead cams mean the Acura engine has less moving parts, so it is more efficient. The engine also has variable valve timing, which means that quality performance is guaranteed no matter what speed you are going.
